Positive: The hosts were fantastic pre-holiday, as I had many questions about accessibility, they could not have been more helpful. The room was great, with a brilliant view. Location was just where we wanted it, outside the old town, but near enough for easy access.
Negative: I would have like clean towels after a couple of days.
Summary: I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Positive: Location , cleanliness, easy access of bus, taxi and train, responsive owner /manager. Kitchen appliances , modern door lock systems
Negative: Soda bed was not comfortable for kids for a stay of a week ! Kids started complaining back pain after 3-4 days . Insulation of the building was not so great - basically you hear everything from the bathroom of the adjacent unit ! Outside noise during weekends but that is because of the location . No shower enclosure or curtain in the bathroom causing water splashes all over was a major headache after every shower . A few sachets of salt /pepper/sugar would have a nice gesture for a family coming to stay for a week with kids !
Summary: In overall - a nice stay although we felt a bit overpriced for the facilities

Positive: Modern Clean Loved the bathrooms and kitchen - included washing machine/dryer, dish washer, iron Amazing location - close to everything Helpful and responsive host
Negative: Main bed was big and comfortable. Second set of beds were joined together by a sheet but essentially two very small single beds - mattress was okay but not the most comfortable. Second "bedroom" bit small

Positive: Location was 10, self check via phone excellent, beds large and comfortable, quality bedding, very clean, would stay again
Negative: Said it was fully accessible via lift but lobby lift not working so had to lift buggy up and down 1 flight of stairs (main lift did work well), have to pay via an unknown website in advance and they cancelled my booking first time as I didn't respond to an email on payment within 1 day, kitchen a little bare (coffee pods ran out after 1 day, no tea, condiments etc), signs posted around the apartment threatening to take your deposit, floor is creaky
Summary: Excellent location, very clean,
