Negative: When I lugged my 3 suitcases down the flights of stairs at 4:45 AM...I had to use my cell phone flashlight in order to see anything. There was a light switch on one wall which I used....then...went back upstairs to turn it off. I did appreciate the hotel calling me at taxi for the airport.

Negative: Our bathroom reeked of a mold smell mixed with a cleaning product. It was extremely noticeable once entering the room. On our last night, we noticed yellowish water leaking from under the sink.

Positive: Right in the thick of the historic centre! The included breakfast didn't dissappoint and the service was good and speedy. The lunchtime crowd in the central restaurant was impressive.
