Positive: Breakfast, Staff very helpful, Roof top pool was fantastic to swim in, We had a fantastic time and staff were friendly and great to deal with.
Negative: Downstairs pool felt like swimming in ocean. I feel bad saying something negative as the staff bent over backwards to help me. But was a difficult pool to swim in.

Positive: Room as described in the pictures and very friendly pleasant and helpful staff. The cooked breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The location was excellent with hassle free parking even though we had to pay extra for it.
Negative: A few things didn't work, but they were fixed immediately, so no issues with the attentiveness of the staff. We had an Annexe room which is quite cosy.
