Summary: This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times.

Summary: The hotel located in Qu-Jiang District in South of Xian, which is close to few popular tourist destinations. The hotel has great room and facilities including indoor pool and gym. I got upgraded to the executive level and received VIP treatment. The executive floor was led by Berry Yang and her team, they provided impeccable services throughout my stay and truly my holidays even more enjoyable. I highly recommended Gran Melia when visiting Xi'an, it is great city to visit, the place is full of culture, history and great food! I had a great time in Xi'an and Gran Melia Hotel! 👍👍👍
