Located in the charming village of Grand Beach, just minutes from New Buffalo, this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and modern comfort. With two levels of living space, soaring 20-foot ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Step outside to enjoy the private fire pit, 6-person hot tub, and spacious deck with a grill and patio seating—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The high-end kitchen boasts a large granite island, wine fridge, Keurig, Melitta coffee maker, and blender, ensuring you have everything you need for memorable meals and cocktails.
In the early morning or at dusk, you might even spot deer wandering through the neighborhood while you sip your coffee on the inviting front porch. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this home provides a truly relaxing escape.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat, and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
This property is dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee ($100) per stay, per dog with a 2 dog max is assessed during the booking process.

Summary: Everything about this place was just perfect. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was very clean. The bed and pillows were so amazingly comfortable. The outdoor space was also very nice. We spent evenings around the fire pit and in the hot tub. The neighborhood was also great with an easy walk to the beach and many interesting houses to look at. Overall this was an amazing getaway and a wonderful house to stay at. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The pics online are deceiving. The house appears to be out in the woods, secluded. It’s not that at all. The house has a nice layout but all the furniture was old and uncomfortable. This includes the couch, beds, counter stools. Also there are no directions in the house on how to use the several remotes for the television.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house layout was wonderful for a group of 4 of us women. The Hot tub and fireplace were also wonderful. The short walk to the beach was great. Additionally, Ron was a delight to work with and incredibly responsive! One quick note is you might think about getting some new bar stools for the kitchen as the ones there are getting 'soft'. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This home was perfect for our stay with 2 teens, a toddler, and my wife and I. A quiet neighborhood with friendly deer passing through, and a wooded area that makes you feel like you’re in the country. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The deck was lovely and the hot tub was a definite bonus. Would definitely be interested in staying at this location again. The only downfall is that the beach is a 15 minute hilly walk, but that was minor in the grand scheme of a wonderful stay!

Summary: We had a great time. The house is located in a very nice little enclave of Michiana. It was easy to find and navigate the neighborhood. The beach is a very short walk away and was very clean. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed the guest log and the other hand-done book with the recipes. It was very welcoming. We had everything we needed and wanted. We had no issues with anything. The communication was great, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to returning.
