Positive: Great location. Clean room Great bathroom with amazing water pressure Electric blanket had been turned on low prior to my arrival. Was a nice touch parking facility right out front door
Negative: An Indian restaurant is attached to the property, although I love Indian food, the cooking smell after through the corridors and very strong smells at times unpleasant. Maybe air fresheners in the corridors. It’s the old train station and the corridors are concrete, and everything echos. Maybe plants or rugs to give some aesthetic appeal.
Summary: I had a grab one deal, I’m not sure I would pay full price.

Positive: That my room got upgraded, big, spacious clean room
Negative: 1. That there’s no utensils to have a coffee or tea? Yet there is coffee, tea & hot chocolate sachets & cups?? Doesn’t make sense Theres no bowls 2. The TV was not working, the instructions on the wall was pointless as it did not work. The details/apps were in asian

Positive: Good value for money. Not what I typically book but was ideal location for my weekend. There is a mini bar with decent priced drinks and the vending machines were also on the cheaper side compared to others I have used. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negative: It was a bit hard to communicate with the room attendants as it seems the woman we got didn't understand much English but she was lovely and helped within her capabilities. I also wasn't fond of the smell in the hallways to rooms, and in the rooms. I brushed it off to the building though.

Positive: I loved the location right next to Spark Arena. The beds were very comfortable.
Negative: We booked for 3 guests but only had crockery and cutlery for 2 guests. Another couple of negatives included the portable aircon unit which leaked water onto the carpet, and the TV which only had Freeview with no access to apps or chrome cast.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again for the convenient location. Despite the negatives I mentioned the room was comfortab
