Summary: An iconic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The location is so centrally located. Located near many attractions, cafés and great restaurants. Also close to the train. The staff are amazingly friendly and super helpful. The hotel has 3 fantastic restaurants. I didn't get a chance to utilize the spa, but I did stop by to take a look and it looked beautiful. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable. They could use a little refresh, since this is an older hotel, but still quite lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Overall excellent. Only two comments: the breakfast is too expensive for what they provide and the pool should be open later into the night as people often don't have time to go to the pool before 10pm. Otherwise everything about this place was magnificent.

Summary: Clean room. Super friendly staff we felt like friends not customers it was very nice. Breakfast staff was very friendly the food was good. Only downside is parking garage is alittle steep to get into so a low car might scrape if your not careful

Summary: Calm area. Several restaurants in the building. Parking garage under and outside the hotel. Car chargers in the garage and outside. No ironing board in the room. Very bad and hidden ironing room on floor 3 and 5.

Summary: This hotel is elegant and nice, accommodating staff, lovely, spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice pool area as well. When I’m only giving three stars then it is due to three things: Parrots in a very small cage, I found that heartbreaking and unnecessary, location is good but a bit far from the city centre if you want to walk and last thing is the breakfast buffet - it is lovely but limited options for vegans. Overall I would recommend this hotel but would personally not choose it again.
