Summary: The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in a central location. Within walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and accommodating. But my stay could be better. The room had too many cockroaches for my comfort level. And the bed lacked a top sheet, the one that goes on top of the fitted sheet and beneath the duvet. If the hotel paid a bit more attention to detail, it would be above average.

Summary: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Antananarivo This was my second stay at this incredible boutique hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The rooms are spotless, the ambiance is stylish yet cozy, and the breathtaking rooftop bar offers stunning 360-degree views of downtown Antananarivo, an absolute must-see at sunset. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located next to one of the best dessert shops and a fantastic French restaurant, making it perfect for food lovers. If you’re looking for charm, comfort, and convenience all in one, this is hands down one of the best boutique hotels in Madagascar. I can’t wait to return!
