Positive: The location of the hotel. Very close to all the shops and restaurants. Incredible views of Valletta Harbor from your hotel room. Great restaurant/bar below the hotel was also a catch. Hotel staff were super friendly. Very helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. No complaints. Highly recommend staying here.

Positive: Accommodating receptionist from Italy …my roommate and I are vegan, and she was leaving at 4 am. My roomie wasn’t feeling well, so I got a sack lunch of fruit and crackers.

Negative: Please consider vegan protein options for breakfast like beans.

Positive: I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent, with breathtaking views over the bay and the Three Cities. During my stay, I could enjoy wonderful live jazz from my window as the Malta Jazz Festival was coming to an end. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from the Upper Barrakka Gardens, and the ferries to Gozo depart right from below the hotel. The rooftop terrace is also fantastic, with beautiful views.

Positive: The air conditioning was great and sooooo necessary. The view of the harbor was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located to everything in Valletta.

Negative: The bathroom of the room could use some basic maintenance. The caulking in the tub was molded and partially missing. A very simple fix. Ceiling tile needed to be repositioned.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Positive: I had a room with a Maltese balcony and the view was exceptional - probably the best in Valletta overlooking the Three Cities which made it pretty magical.

Negative: Quite noisy on Saturday evening with a jazz concert outside late into the evening. It was quite a nice treat but a forewarning if you are a light sleeper and would not appreciate this right outside the hotel.

Summary: Incredible views and excellent location in Valletta.

Positive: Great location. Good breakfast. Nice clean room.

Negative: Local area was very noisy at night - central location and music from bars was very loud in my room. My mother's room with a sea view was OK. No fridge in the room.
