Positive: We really loved staying at this property. Everything was new and clean. The views from the property are truly unique and unbeatable, and the accommodation itself is exactly as shown in the pictures - modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. It has a calming, zen-like atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to relax. us. The breakfast was also delicious and fresh.The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. In particular, Smith (if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They also arranged taxi, tuk tuk hire and provided laundry services (without any shrunken clothes), which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here - it's a peaceful retreat with stunning views and excellent service.

Summary: If you want the best views with relax of Kandy this is your accommodation. ❤️❤️

Positive: We had a great stay! The accommodation was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. property with a truly stunning jungle mountains view, definitely the highlight of our stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast included. The staff on-site were very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The location is peaceful and a bit tucked away, which makes it perfect for those looking to relax away from the busier areas. The host was very kind and responsive via chat. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the jungle. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was stunning, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave each morning. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hotel delivers an exceptional experience with its outstanding ambience and prime location. Nestled amidst lush greenery and scenic surroundings, the hotel offers a calm and refreshing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. The setting perfectly balances tranquility with accessibility, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and comfort. The ambience of the hotel is truly impressive—elegant interiors, well-maintained spaces, and a peaceful environment create a luxurious yet homely feel. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome right from the beginning and could not do enough for us. The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had stunning views. The chef was absolutely amazing and cooked the best meals we ate all through Sri Lanka. We even ended up booking one more night because we loved it there so much and we really felt at home, despite being the only guests we were always made to feel welcome. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend anybody going to Kandy to stay here

Positive: Incredible mountain views and a constant "breath of fresh air." The early morning bird spotting was a highlight—truly surrounded by nature's Amazing location and fantastic facilties being very clean and the view is stunning, no words to describe waking up to sunrise view in bed. Breakfast was so good and well organised according to yiur schedules. just a 15 min tuk tuk ride to Kandy City Center kavidu who was looking after me on my stay was very professional and proactive responding to calls when I needed help and also preparing breakfast accordingly to my schedule. Great guy and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in kandy.

Positive: Our stay at Grand hills was really lovely. The staff was always friendly and warm; we felt at home straight away. The breakfast & dinner was very tasty and lovingly prepared. We particularly appreciated that my partner gluten intolerance was taken into account. As soon as we arrived, we could spot monkeys near the accommodation, as well as lots of birds and a wonderful view of a mountain, waterfalls and the natural surroundings. The accommodation is located quite high up on a mountain, which makes the view truly unique. We would be happy to stay at the property again at any time firstly, because of the fantastic location, and secondly, staff and excellent service. Very good highly recommended.
