Summary: It was an amazing property. Very clean and mostly comfortable. Only suggestions is to fix the air conditioner and maybe a more modern couch. You staff was incredibly Helpful

Summary: Pros Location, staff (specially Margarita serving breakfast), cleanliness of the hotel rooms Cons Hotel is very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Although the shower was clean, the mould in the tube made me feel uncomfortable. The rooms can use a few things such as a place for me to use my own hairdryer, apply makeup and box of tissues. Bathrobe wouldve been fab. One of the biggest disappointment is not having coffee/tea making ability in the room. All facilities including the pool, sauna ... We're closed. Due to lack of carpeting, I was able to hear people in the corridor and the cleaners outside of my door in the morning.

Summary: After some initial difficulties the stay was very positive. In the beginning we were offered a horrendous room which was absolutely not acceptable. After complaining we were offered a free upgrade and the room was good. Nice location with direct access to the sea. Staff is friendly and the property well kept. Parking is free and close to the rooms in a closed parking area. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Summary: Amazing property , with spacious rooms and outdoor spaces . Nice garden. Unfortunately all the property shows signs of problems with maintenance for example cracks on the walls of the rooms, window frames not working properly, shower had some problems with leaking. Light switches very confusing . Breakfast was not adequate for a 4 star hotel: poor quality ingredients. Signs to find rooms in the hotel not sufficient. Check in officer not very welcoming and ready to satisfy the requests. Good quality dining however very expensive.
