Positive: The staff were amazing, from the moment I arrived , they were so helpful. The room was spotless clean , tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Short walk to the church of the nativity. Food was excellent and breakfast had plenty of choice .

Positive: Location was perfect, near all the interesting places to visit and in a lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, I could also see that they take great pride in their hotel, in the quality of service they provide, and in making every guest feel welcome. I don't often write five-star reviews, but Grand Hotel Bethlehem earns one easily. The Mexican restaurant is also very good. As a Texan, I'm skeptical of Mexican food on the other side of the Atlantic. I've been burned many times before. But this was great. I went in with no expectations, and then later went back a second time. Best food I've had this whole trip.

Negative: I have no complaints whatsoever

Summary: I couldn't have chosen better. This hotel is excellent. Its staff are friendly, helpful, and warm.
