Summary: Hotel is always clean, rooms a absolutely fine. It has a low guest rating but usually stay here. Just disappointed that the bar was not open until 5pm

Summary: The Grand is always my go to hotel when I am visiting Blackpool for business. The best staff award goes to the asian lad on reception. Always smiling, always so receptive and always goes above and beyond to make the stay fantastic. He is a great asset to The Grand Hotel

Summary: Hotel room was lovely and clean food was basic charging for use of pool and towels let it down and the staff of the pool was ignorant and too many rules parking was ok and reception staff was lovely

Summary: yes the shops were nereby, there was not enough beverages. Also, we paid for dinner, but the time given for dinner was wrong, hence we missed our dinner and there was no refund. There was a torn curtain and our bed linen was not changed for the four days we spent in the hotel. Also, there was disturbances on one of the day in one of the rooms, i had to call reception before it was attended to.

Summary: The room is ok, but one of the curtains was torn. We missed out a paid dinner, because the information provided was inaccurate. Also not enough lighting in the bedroom and was locked out of the main building within any notice.

Summary: Rooms are nice with a good view of the sea, staff very pleasant and helpful. 20 minute walk to the tower, also a tram stop across the road. All in all pretty good.
