Positive: Perfect service, nice rooms even without balcony, beautiful garden, fantastic Spa, everything clean. I was already here and I will come again as it is the best hotel in Pula.

Positive: This was the best hotel I stayed at in the Pula region. The terrace offers a stunning sunset and sea view. The hotel is high-quality, newly renovated in 2022. While the rooms are a bit small—especially with a baby—they're comfortable enough for two people. Our half board meals were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.
Negative: The rooms are relatively small for two adults with a baby, and accessibility for stroller users is limited. There are many stairs and no ramps available.

Positive: Excellent hotel and lovely employees who excelled in offering a high level of customer service. Constructive feedback: When booking my room I honestly believed it had a balcony, considering the price sort of expected it. Also, the room had electrical switches than were bright fluorescent blue and lit the room at night, including a flashing smoke alarm that flashed every 60 seconds! This is a design thin that could be easily fixed 😎

Negative: The food, especially dinner was very poor for a 5 star resort. They charge 10 Euro if you order room service. They should have a stricter policy about removing towels of people that are not using the chairs or cabanas
Summary: Nice new hotel. Food is a pure disappointment for a 5 star hotel
