Summary: It's a three star hotel not a five star. It's old and creaky, but the staff are wonderful, good food, superb location and clean, neat and very attentive/helpful staff. If you want luxury triple your investment and travel 15 miles from the city center. But for me, it was quite quaint. I will go there from now on.

Summary: It is the only hotel close to the railway station. It is a practicle solution but not my favourite. Breakfast is ok and staff nice. Bed and rooms are build in the 1920s I think.

Summary: The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was small which was ok as that was what was explained. However the bathroom toilet needed to be repaired. The hotel was close to the station and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Vienne. The bikes provided at the information centre were great for exploring the area.

Summary: The reception staff were super helpful. The lift worked. Our room was quiet. Walkable everywhere and the Saturday market is on the doorstep. We stayed 2-nights and the parking was super expensive - especially on-street parking outside the hotel - even the receptionist was stunned at the cost per hour. We were advised of a cheaper option at the station but it was still 40Euro for just over 24hours.
