Summary: Tired hotel where decor and furnishings are in need of renewal, whilst the WiFi was the worst I can remember in any hotel and although they had electric car charging, their tariff was so ridiculous it didn't make it worthwhile. They also didn't recognise our VIP booking or offer us the promised added benefits with the wellness centre.

Summary: Went to Lourdes on Pilgrimage, as it was on my bucket list. Was truly all I had hoped and so. Cut more, filled with so many blessings, and the presence of our Virgen Mother. Hotel was in perfect location, right near the Grotto, Notre Dame Cathedral. Near good cafe and shops too. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Summary: Nice location, the pillows on the couch were torn and need to be replaced. The safe didn't work properly either. Just a basic hotel.

Summary: It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again to this hotel as it is a lovely and comfortable place to visit Lourdes.
