Summary: The hotel pictures are not correct, they aren’t descriptive of the facilities that are accessible to guests. The first 5 pictures show access to a terrace which is actually part of their imperial suite. There is no terrace available to hotel guests. Using the spa facilities is charged at 20€ pp for a steam room, sauna and pool only. This is also only available for 2 hours! The tennis court isn’t usable (I don’t even think it was used for a very long time) and has not been looked after. Same for the outdoor pool. We were not given wifi access until we asked for it the next day. When I commented that this was supposed to be given at check in, the receptionist laughed, and no apology was given! The reception staff is very poorly trained and have a bare understanding of customer service. I found things out as the days went by and not upon check in! There is no tea or kettle in the room and is only upon request. I was charged for a tea for me to bring it to my room, when this should be complimentary. On top of that, the heating in the room is set automatically and cannot be turned off or regulated to a decent temperature. It was at least 28 degrees Celsius in the room, which made a huge difference in temperature compared to the one outside (3-5 degrees). This has now caused me to be sick! I am overall very disappointed with the way this hotel was presented/described when almost all of the amenities advertised were not available or included!
