Positive: The Hotel, staff and service were excellent! The location was perfect and close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was expansive and catered for all breakfast needs. The Hotel is also very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous!
Negative: We were woken several times by other guests during our stay. The Hotel should remind guests to be mindful of noise when walking the corridor to the rooms in the early morning or late at night. The air conditioning was not available (late April) only heating and it was very hot during the period we stayed. The lack of cooling made sleeping uncomfortable, even with the windows open.

Positive: This hotel is perfectly located downtown Turin. For example, the Museo Egizio is like 5 minutes walking distance. The staff is very kind, whether it is at the front desk or the breakfast area (breakfast buffet is perfect by the way). A special thumbs up to the barman (sorry, couldn't catch his name) who, for sure, really knows what he's doing! The restaurant Carlo e Camillo is also quite nice, even though ou can find plenty of good (better) restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is very old, but clean and refreshed. You somehow feel like you're in the late 20's while reading a newspaper in the entrance hall, it's got charm and elegance. It's definitely a good address for a short stay in Turin.
Negative: The only downside is that single rooms are quite small. Which means that if you're staying only a few nights, that's all right, but for a long vacation, it wouldn't do, at least not for me.

Positive: Every year we break a long journey by staying 1-2 nights at the Sitea. Always just right. And this time the veteran bar tender with his best-in-class Campari spritz also did the honors.
