Negative: Inspite the beautiful outdoor spaces and social areas, the rooms are outdated and unconfortable, fue to scarce storage space and the urgent need for renovation! The staff was polite, but showed a lack of training to perform properly their specific roles and responsabilities functions, contributing thus to the overall disorganization felt from the front desk to the restaurants, and the housekeeping services : When we arrived we have been told that there were welcome drinks for us, and the Reception's lady pointed to a place ten meters away for us, where we should pick them by ourselves from a fridge ; occasionally, some people were received with flowers and dances, but others were simply ignored and left standing in the Lobby. We were a group of 6 persons , to whom the Reception awkwardly assigned 3 rooms apart from each other at South, North and West villages. Two couples had a staff member to lead them to the Room, but the third has been left on the Reception to find the Room by themselves; We had to phone 3 times to have the room service' tray removed from the entrance of one Room, where it stayed during 2 days; The restaurants were a complete mess, where the staff usually forgot what we ordered, failed to replace dishes and cups on the buffet tables, while they chat to each other. We had one bed made with personal clothes left inside. The beach was always plenty of all kind of garbage, over the sand and floating over the sea. We have sent clothes to the Laundry, that was suppose to deliver them back on the same day but more than 24 hours after we had to phone to the Reception to ask about. Plus, brand new linen shorts were deliverd looking old and worn-out. On the check-out, we asked the Reception to keep our luggage at the Luggage Room until 6 PM. First they ONLY puted an identification label on one of the 4 pieces of luggage saying that it would be enough because they would keep them inside the Luggage Room.
