Positive: The hotel was beautiful and very clean. What truly stood out the most was the exceptional, kind, and professional attitude of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was extremely helpful and friendly without exception. A special thank you to Rima and Sally at the reception for their outstanding kindness and warm service. I would also like to thank the staff member who responded to our request for an extra bed — even though I don’t know her name, she was incredibly kind, and the bed arrived in less than ten minutes, despite the hotel being very busy. This level of service and efficiency is truly a credit to the Grand Hyatt group ⭐️

Negative: However, I would like to mention one area that needs improvement. The room service response was quite slow, and often there was no answer to our calls. This happened late at night when my daughter, who has diabetes, needed to order her meal urgently. Unfortunately, we had to order food from outside instead. Additionally, the delivery process was quite inconvenient. According to the hotel’s policy, guests are required to go downstairs to collect their orders themselves. Considering how large the hotel is and how busy the elevators are, this was very difficult, especially in such circumstances. Since the delivery driver already has the room number and order details, it would be much more practical if the concierge team could assist in delivering the order to the guest’s room.
