Positive: Great location almost directly opposite the Parliament building. Good breakfast. Good fridge in cabin, 2 life jackets in wardrobe
Negative: No hot drink facility in cabin. Shower was not portioned off so it poured over the loo. Hole in the wall from door handle. It's a boat so thin walls and ceilings. All furnishings are very tired. Upon booking I had requested a double cabin facing the river, we were given one by the Quay which was quite noisy with tourists. When I spoke to reception about this they said they could only offer us a twin cabin the following night but we would have to check out at 11am and not be able to check in to our new cabin until 3pm. We were there for our wedding anniversary. This did not suit us so we checked out in the morning and booked in elsewhere. Not sure what the black rubber things were on all the tables

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. Breakfast choice was reasonable. The cabins were of course cosy but clean!
Negative: Whilst I know this is only 3*, the outside needs a face-lift. To have a nice sitting out area would be good. To provide tea and coffee making facilities in the restaurant area all day would be great.

Positive: Extraordinary view, very polite and helpful staff and a great family room. The fridge and air conditioning worked well. It was the coziest bed in my life)) The bathroom and shower were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. I could drink my cappuccino with the view on the Parliament and the Danube right on the deck. My 12-year-old son didn't want to leave :)

Positive: The view was very nice and worth the price you pay for the room. The reception staff was helpfull and kind. The breakfast was variate with enough choices for both food and drinks and everything was tastier than expected.
Negative: The restaurant staff was kind of mean, uninterested, had no way to comunicate with us due to his complete lack of english knowledge. The room was very smelly, the pictures were a complete scam, does not look at all like that. Only one power outlet in the whole room. If you plan to take a shower, put it at the end of your list for the day as the bathroom becomes unusable after showering, water falls everywhere and does not drain properly. The restaurant has very little capacity and becomes very crowded in the morning generating the need to queue for a place at a table.
