One of the best locations on Grand Lake!!
You have a terrific and open view facing North-Northwest. This wonderful home has great views of the speed controlled Duck Creek on Grand Lake. It is situated in a somewhat protected area of the main cove, just south a few hundred yards from Cherokee Yacht Club.
Compare our home to others.. you have a GREAT view of the best cove on the lake. Don't get stuck in a stagnant water / small cove. Come enjoy the true sights of the lake at our wonderful place!
The huge 6000 sq ft dock is a floating paradise!! Outdoor kitchen, tons of seating, stereo, grill, sink, seating for 30-50 people, everything you could need or want!
The 1800 sq ft home has 3 private bedrooms and one common 'bunk room' that has 2 queen beds and a couch. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Every room has a flat screen smart TV, with Netflix, etc. We have 2 video game systems for kids or big kids. We have a BBQ grill at the house AND down at the dock. There is lots of seating everywhere!
Upstairs in the home, the living room and kitchen are one combined room. It is not large, but can handle 8 comfortably. There is no 'official' kitchen table inside.
Down the carpeted stairs, you walk into the 'bunk' room. There is a hallway that leads to the shared bathroom, laundry room and 2 other guest rooms.
Again, every room in the home has a good sized smart tv.
The home has a SONOS stereo system upstairs and there is a Google Alexa powered stereo down at the dock. The dock has GREAT seating for everyone, along with cornhole boards, the hook game and jenga.
The dock is VERY large and has plenty of room for you and your friends/family. You are able to tie up rental boats on the side of the dock, without any issues. We have 2 sets of awesome staircases on the dock, which made getting in and out of the water easy for people of all ages and abilities. The walk to the dock can be steep and slippery, so anyone planning to do this should have good dexterity and stability.
Most guests find themselves spending the majority of time on the dock, swimming and visiting. If you bring your own boat or rent one locally, there is area to tie it up to our dock during your stay. There are several boat ramps near by, the closest being at the north west corner of Duck Creek. Keep in mind, our HOA does not allow trailers parked at the home, so arrangements will have to be made about where to park a trailer.

Summary: This is a great location for watching the boats glide past. The house was perfectly clean and has all the comforts of home. The dock is huge, its fully shaded and has great furniture. I hope to make another visit.

Summary: House was super clean, very well equipped with everything we could have needed. Dock is amazing and wonderful place relax, dine and see the sun set. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were so helpful and responsive.

Summary: The owners of this property are extra thoughtful in welcoming their guests - a bottle of champagne, a selection of snacks in the fridge, and plenty of paper products/cleaning supplies. If you rent from Hosts often enough, you know this is a big deal because most provide one of everything and the rest is up to you. They also worked with us on allowing us to add a second family to our guest list post-confirmation, as well as assisting us with anything and everything we needed while in their home. Immediately responsive and always friendly. The not too big, not too small home is sparkling clean and nicely decorated with new furnishings and higher-end amenities, i.e. the Sonos system and smart TVs. The beds are legit comfortable, and of course, the views of the lake and the availability of the massive dock are exceptional features. There are million little things I could mention - Yeti cooler/mugs for your use, video game consoles, iRobots that vacuum the floors every day - this place has it all. We only stay with Hosts when we travel and I promise, this place is top-notch. We could not have asked for a better host or home for our Fall Break!

Summary: This home was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. It was modern, clean and very comfortable. The views of the lake was stunning from almost every room and the neighborhood had deer roaming everywhere! My only disappointment was the randomly cold Oklahoma weather that kept us indoors! I would absolutely stay here again in lake season.
