Come and enjoy this beautiful, and luxurious Cabin/Chateau/Log Home with a private 25+ acres lake in the midst of serene wilderness and nature on 700 acres Ranch. This place has all the amenities and luxury you can think of! And the beauty at Cedar Cove Ranch is absolutely breath taking with private lake and, 700 acres of wooded and pastured land! CCR was highlighted in the TV Show "This is Dallas" as a place must to visit in DFW area!
Located an hour away from the Dallas metroplex, the city of Eustace, Texas holds one of the best-kept secrets in the state. Cedar Cove Ranch is a quiet paradise, tucked away amongst the lakes and trees of the eastern region. From kayaking on the private lake, enjoying horseback riding adventures, and watching outdoor movies, to staying in five-star accommodations, the ranch is teeming with activities for the whole family.
The lake front chateau has large spacious game room with ping pong, Foosball, grand living area with beautiful views, 4 bedrooms that fits 10-14 people. We provide comfortable portable memory foam mattress - to sleep additional guests. It also has a kitchen with all necessary appliances and cookware - where you can hire a private chef, cater food or cook out with your family.
Included in your costs are hiking, swimming in the lake, board games, horse shoe, volleyball/badminton, corn hole - request the resort staff upon checking in and they can provided access to necessary items. Complimentary dock fishing with your own rods. Additional rentals may be purchased from us.
10 mins away from Purtis Creek State park and 15 mins away from Canton Trade days
We do have a two night minimum stay policy, however, please get in contact with us regarding a one night stay and we may be able to accommodate. If booking one night only, there may be a surcharge, depending on when you are looking to book.

The property houses lake for swimming (not a pool). Life Jackets will be available upon request.

Summary: Everything was as expected except no one told us how nice the staff was. They provided everything we needed and had lots of info about the property. Beautiful, peaceful and fun are the way a 14 year old described his time there.

Summary: Cedar Cove Ranch Resort was a gem to find, especially since we were all driving only a short distance for a weekend getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday. We typically book small trips and vacations in Broken Bow a few times of year with a group of 8-16 of us but tried a location closer to home for our weekend trip. The house and property were spectacular. We were impressed with the furnishings and cleanliness. The lakefront view and elevated outdoor firepit was spectacular and an overall very relaxing environment! We wished there was more comfortable seating by the firepit to accommodate all of us however. We were extremely happy not to have any one staying in the Lodge less than 25 yards away so we had the area to ourselves. We chose not to do any excursions and to just enjoy the setting and the outdoors at the house. The ping pong table and corn hole game were an awesome addition. It’s a shame that the interior grand fireplace cannot be used because in the winter months that would be such a spectacular setting to be able to enjoy. It was unfortunate the kayaks and paddle boats at the private dock were not available to use unless you paid an additional rental fee. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will consider coming back for another stay at some point in the future. April

Summary: This stunning home sits on a private lake, this is not Cedar Creek lake- so if you're on VRBO and searching for Cedar Creek properties, this may be confusing. The home is part of a large private ranch and other families will be on property with you if you do not book all the lodging facilities. This led to some confusion and frustration for our group and another group on site. Additionally, unlike many lake homes, unmotorized water sports are NOT included. Again, that led to a bit of confusion. Overall, the home is STUNNING, incredibly well appointed and has all the amenities you can imagine to make the stay wonderful. The property is gorgeous and would be ideal for a family reunion, corporate get away or weekend away. Just be sure you understand that this is not a single home on the lake, and you'll have a contract to sign before arriving.

Summary: Our stay at Cedar Cove Ranch was one of the biggest blessings for our family, Everything from check in to the cabin to the amazing service while there was way beyond our hopes for this trip. The adults had a blast and so did the kids. We are already booking another trip there and cannot wait to be back. Summary: Cabin & fishing are great, exterior to cabin is very nice. The on-site staff stay in rooms on property, “to help”. If you are there for a get away with your wife, you don’t really need the ranch hands hanging around watching you. There were many positives but the on site staff is are intrusive and sleep within a stone’s throw of this Grand Chateau. There are multiple lodges on the same property , so don’t expect privacy on 700 acres . Staff is around even if you don’t call for them & also at night. Some lights shine on the Chateau fire pit from the adjacent apartment lodge. It could be a 5 star with more privacy and the staff not being so close in evening and at night.
