Summary: Parts of the hotel seamed pretty run down and in need of maintenance, for example the pool (which was cold as was the kids pool) area lacked warm showers, ladders into main pool were broken and wobbling, pretty much all the gym machines were broken, our sink was cracked, as were floor/wall tiles in our bathroom and the bath itself had multiple chips in it.

Summary: The Hotel looks great with a lot of attractions for kids, its lovely and helpfull The rooms seems to be a bit well used And the shuttle for coming back from Disney is packed always, with family its quit intense

Summary: The room was clean. However it seemed a little worm out. The entire hotel was in need of refurbishment. The chairs in the lobby were dirty amd everything seemed a little worn out. Overall it wasnt a bad place to stay. The key was the room was clean amd comfortable.

Summary: This was our first stay at the Grand Magic Hotel. The hotel was clean and functional, but some of the high traffic areas could do with a refresh. The bar area with its changing displays is a highlight. The room was functional with everything you would expect, but storage was very limited in the interconnecting family rooms we had. The bathrooms were clean with shower gel, shampoo and plenty of towels provided. The pool area was open from 8am until 10pm and again was clean, but you have to take towels from your room to use it, the hotel does not provide towels in the pool area for guests use. The breakfast buffet was decent, with both hot and continental style options and was served from 7am until 10am. The biggest issue that I had was the transportation to and from Disneyland Paris. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 20 minutes to and from the park, but this service is shared with 4 other hotels, which means that it is packed solid all day. On a number of occasions, we had to wait for multiple buses to pass before finding space on one. It is the same at the "I" stop at the train station, there is no cueing system, and it becomes a free for all to get on the bus. A system of switch backs needs to be installed to ensure the people waiting the longest get onto the bus first and in an orderly manner. Overall, for the price point and proximity to Disneyland Paris, I would recommend staying at the Grand Magic Hotel, especially for those with larger families

Summary: Excellent hotel for trip to Disney. It was clean, comfortable and the service was great. The breakfast in god with lots of options and the shuttles were fast and reliable transport to and from parks. We would stay again and highly recommend to others!

Summary: Good overall but pool was very dirty and could have had a play area for kids since its supposed to be more suitable for kids.
