Positive: The rooms were spacious and basic facility expectation were met.

Negative: The property is rundown and needs to be renovated ASAP. The air quality of the hotel is very bad. There was a strong smell of Mould, and I had trouble sleeping because of the allergy cause by this air. There were cockroaches in my room and I had spotted few at the dustbin near the reception elevator as well. So, pest control is also a major issue.

Summary: Did not meet expectation, especially for the four-star rating and the price paid.

Positive: The hotel was as expected for the price. The room was dated and had a smell. And the mattress was firm. Having said that I travelled to this hotel as a single female and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, speaking very good english and were very helpful in accomodating my request especially helping out with finding me a powerpoint adapter and charger. I will come back to this hotel again.
