Positive: *Location top notch *Coffee lounge at Lobby good service *Duty Manager good service *Ck in/out personal need to be more efficient. *Food quality good
Negative: *A/C problem even changing room the cooling wasn’t stanadard-insuffecient *Mini Fridge didn’t work even after replacement not cold enough. *Hot water iisue not hot enough. Most of the Power points don’t work. *House keeping staff are always in rush skipping to perform a full claenning service & ammeneties refillings.
Summary: Out of my 3 times stay here this was the worst one

Positive: Loved the room and location of the hotel. Breakfast was good and club lounge food was also lovely. Staff were really friendly and gave us a lovely decorated dessert for our anniversary.
Negative: The room is advertised as in-house guests having complimentary access to the jacuzzi, spa and sauna/steam rooms but when we went to use it the SPA said we had to pay. The red file in the rooms also states it is complimentary not an additional charge so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this. The pool is nice but the aircon units outside make it noisy too so we didn't stay long there either.
Summary: A lovely treat for one night staycation and easy access to walk to the local night scenes.

Positive: The staff were very cooperative and professional and special thanks to Nija, Sin Lin, and Fateh. The location as well is very good and close to everything.
Negative: Given its prime location, I think it will be better for the hotel to make some serious renovations to uplift to condition of its units and facilities.
