Positive: Excellent room, like a new, perfectly clean. The room was silent, with no external noise. The reception was 100% supportive and nice communication. Highlighting the Italian guy who was so professional, and the communication with him was excellent. The breakfast is plentiful and has a wide selection.
Negative: However, it was winter, the sun heated the rooms during the day to more than 30C. The A/C cooling did not work. This is understandable from the aspects of cost-saving and environmental protection. But 30C was too warm. The spa area is not up to the standard of this hotel. It would be nice to improve.
Summary: Excellent hotel, clean and well maintained.
