Summary: We love the location of the Hotel. It’s in a central but not too noisy area. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. There are many healthy and local options for the buffet style breakfast. Will recommend for anyone who is looking for a safe, clean and convenient hotel while visiting Kunming.

Summary: For what I paid for, it’s a great deal. It’s simple but comfortable enough. The famous lake is in front of the hotel, and it’s not in the center with the lots of night markets, so you can enjoy quiet time.

Summary: Because it is located at the center of the city, it is very convenient to take a walk around the Lake Cui and Lao Jie street. Breakfast serves plenty kind of local and western dishes.

Summary: We stayed at Grand Park Kunming for a little over one week. Its clean, safe and convenient for our family. The only concern that we have is the Non smoking room we stayed in still has very strong smoking smell. Other than that, we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel.

Summary: Second time staying here, THE place to stay in Kunming. Cheap for what you get, you get more than what you pay for, and the breakfast is excellent. Gym is good too, for a hotel gym. Will stay here again, so should you.
