Summary: Hotel states that it has a shuttle that goes to and from the airport however when called to see about where to meet the shuttle they stated they no longer provide due to COVID. Not a big deal but they need to update site to reflect the change in shuttle service.

Summary: Friendly hotel staff and Chamorro people are friendly too. Hotel is very old. The fitness room is actually owned by the hotel tenant and you need to ask permission first so you can use the exercise equipment. One minor issue was when I bought a pizza and keep them in a room refrigerator so I can eat the leftovers later then I noticed that 2 slices of the pizzas were missing. No big deal sharing my food. Overall, I still recommend the hotel and very convenient to the shopping malls and restaurant.

Summary: Iron and was not available! But my blouse looks ok without ironing! That’s about it! I was comfortable!

Summary: I like the hotel because it's a convenient place but the problem is it's too noisy people keep slamming the doors and cussing to each others and also when the top floor is showering, we can hear aloud noise and for the amenities, there was nothing toothpaste and toothbrush and I've noticed that they don't change the bedsheets because when we cane back, I checked if they did change the bedsheets which i marked before we left and it is still the same. That is why I gave that face. For overall, were good and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you
