Summary: This is a beautiful house. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the peace and quiet, the great weather, the local animals (especially the goats). If we had any concern at all it was the lack of safety bars in the bathrooms.

Summary: My family used the house over thanksgiving and we enjoyed it very much. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen and living room area was large and had plenty of table space. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and everything is labeled. It was cold while we were there so the outside area was not used much but it was beautiful. The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the host was responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The owners were gracious hosts and made their beautiful home easily accessible and well appointed. Kevin, It was comfortable for all of us. Serene and beautiful and a little extra excitement by way of an alligator in the pond. The kids deeply enjoyed the sight. Plus the cows and horses nearby were a nice touch. My family enjoyed the accommodations and the days we spent at Spectrum Ranch. Thank you!

Summary: We booked this location for our annual cousins trip and the space and location were just what we needed. We will be booking this location again in the future whenever we return to Texas. The host was very helpful and communicated with us promptly when needed.

Summary: First off we had roaches coming out the drain, the house was not cleaned( we cleaned out drawers, bathtub, and swept floors). We had to buy utensils as it was lacking. The front door lock pad doesn’t work. The washing Machine was filthy we had to deep clean it before we could even use it. Once we got there we couldn’t work the showers. After making a call to the guy that manages this property I was told that his wife personally cleaned this house. With all the money that’s paid they should get a professional cleaning company because this property was surface clean not really clean. I was told the utensils walk out sometimes which led me to believe they don’t inventory the property in between stays. When I informed them about the roaches he said they never had that problem if your in a rural place like he explained you should. He said once a month someone comes out and spray. If like he said this property rents out every weekend spraying once a month is not efficient. There were brown spots on the comforter in the master bedroom. It should have been replaced because the comforter is white. Then to close out this conversation he told me that I have to understand I wasn’t staying in the Ritz Carlton and I told him true but I’m paying Ritz Carlton prices. Needless to say I didn’t contact him again unless very necessary. The pictures look good but there are no tv’s in the rooms (only in master) and it’s not hooked up to watch regular tv. Couldn’t get the football game and the internet is extremely crappy. The game room could have used a pool table. All you are paying for is space. I get trying to cut corner to save money but goodness. This property could be so much better with the proper upkeep.

Summary: The home is immaculate, inside and out! Very spacious. We had a great stay! The kitchen is fully stocked. The home was clean, we slept good in the comfortable beds. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio area due to the weather but it was nice as well. Mr Kevin was nice,very responsive and helpful when needed. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a large peaceful rental.
