Summary: The staff was always very helpful. Taxi service was good. Besides the hotel restaurants, there are not too many food options s. TGIF is by the hotel. There is a mall 1 km away, close to the convention center, with fast food and a Costa (coffee place). Metro station is close, walking is safe.

Summary: Next to the "bird nest" stadium. Breakfast buffet had various choices of Chinese and Western food and tasted good. Unfortunately the room has some smell which was not comfortable. Staff members at the reception speak some English but the answer could vary depending on the person (e.g. appropriate time to leave the hotel for the airport.)

Summary: Make sure you are placed in the same type of room you have reserved and you may find yourself quite comfortable. Huge breakfast buffet makes for a great start to the day.

Summary: Nice location right beside the Olympic Park and National Stadium. The Olympic park is a great place to go for a walk after have some local hot pot!

Summary: Experience was good. But the location of the hotel in relation to the city is kind of far. I found myself taking a cab more often than I wanted. The bike is the best way to travel in Beijing.

Summary: Never again, the carpets in the room were not cleaned, the beds uncomfortable and after 9 pm it was not possible to get a drink at the bar. The staff almost didn't spoke english...

Summary: The reception gave me the room at the lowest level when checking-in noon time. That room's window is blocked by the conditioner on the roof of the other part of the building. I had to request to change to another room. It is hardly for me to believe that there were 7-8 mosquito on the ceiling or curtain and I had to request to change room again!!! The third room still has one mosquito on the ceiling. I'm angry for 2 things. One is that the lowest level's room should not treat as superior room. I paid the FIT rate which is surely higher than the group booking rate. How can the hotel try to occupy it in this way? The second issue is the hygiene of this 4-star hotel. Shame!!!
