Summary: We got put in a condo that was not in the main building. Essentially had to drive to the restaurant and amenities offered by the hotel. Resort was nice but not what I thought I was booking.

Summary: Amazing stay! Love this place. It was very quiet, bed was comfortable, had a great bay view. We love it here and will be back! Just 2 small complaints…..need more than the one mirror in the bathroom. And maybe a place to buy water, pop etc. Didn’t see any vending machines.

Summary: Great stay. 2 thumbs up! The hotel is a bit worn in spots and it is starting to show its age, but still clean and clearly effort is being put in to do some updates. On the labor day weekend it was very, very busy (couldn't get a reservation at the restaurants), but generally welcoming and clean.

Summary: Enjoyed stay in condos near the water! Only a few things need repair like wall paint in bathroom and light outlet in bedroom not all working. Otherwise, great condo for 5 nights! Glad I brought my inflatable board to use there!

Summary: If you're considering this hotel, be warned: flexibility and hospitality are not part of the package. I arrived early, hoping to check in after a long trip, but was met with a curt, unapologetic “no early check-in under any circumstances.” Not even a willingness to check availability or offer alternatives. Just a hard line and a cold shoulder. What made it worse? I had booked through a third-party site and reserved a room with a golf course view. Not only was that request ignored, but when I asked about it, staff brushed it off like it didn’t matter. It was clear from their tone and treatment that third-party guests are second-tier—if not outright dismissed. The implication was loud and clear: book direct or expect to be treated like an afterthought. The room I eventually received was fine, but the experience left a sour taste. Hospitality is supposed to be about care, not control. This hotel seems to have forgotten that. I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.

Summary: Hotel was overall very nice. Room was comfortable & the view was lovely. Pool & hot tub areas are showing age & need tile repairs. Front desk said they would text when our room was ready, but didn’t. Couldn’t find a menu for the Niijii Restaurant on site, which had a Date Night dinner package. Had to go down to the restaurant to ask. Shuttle to/from their casino was handy & drivers were friendly.

Summary: We arrived earlier than check in. The front desk people told me and another family member (we had two rooms booked under different names) that they would notify us when the rooms became available. They never did text us even though our rooms were ready. The male front desk reception was not very friendly overall, just seemed short and didn't provide any information about amenities, shuttles etc, where the other front desk ladies did provide it to my family member. The deck with the hot tubs is severally warped, one of the hot tubs would not turn on bubbles. Cleanliness was questionable. Mold growing in the internal hot tub tile grout. Definitely needs attention.
