Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help, especially at the reception. Cleanliness is at a very high level, everything was spotless throughout our stay. The shuttle service to the beach and city center was ideal and very convenient. The food was delicious – especially the desserts, rice dishes, cheeses, and salads. We truly enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back again.
Negative: As a small downside, there could be more meat dishes on the menu, and the person in charge of the sunbeds at the beach was unfortunately quite rude and unpleasant.

Positive: The hotel was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed our stay. The food and services were excellent and the staff, from reception to the room service, were professional, kind and friendly. We were welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit. A shuttle bus to the beach and the town center was available throughout the day. Clean pool with slide especially enjoyed by kids. Twice a week evening show. A special thank you goes to Duygu for her help with medical care at the hospital, driving us back to the hotel and for her attentiveness throughout our stay. We definitely record this hotel

Positive: Nice hotel for a stop-off for us, reception staff very friendly & attentive, we had a lovely gift in our room fresh fruit 😋& snacks! (Awesome) we got VIP wifi was very good, food was delicious, there was always something we enjoyed at every meal. We had a standard double room very nice spacious balcony! Close to Kemer centre -free minibus pick up & drop off - really enjoyed our stay!
Negative: There was only Male massage therapist & I prefer ladies for for treatment.. so booked ‘Angels Palace’ who were brilliant & enjoyed my private spa experience.
