Summary: This house and setup was absolutely beautiful. The pool was very nice with perfect temperature, the outdoor hot tub with the grill and overall outdoor setup was a real treat, and the indoor accomodations were second to none. The hosts were very nice and responsive. My only complaints: 1) The wifi was absolutely terrible, as it worked mostly only on the first floor in the front of the house. I had to buy a wifi extender from Walmart just to get decent coverage throughout the house. Looks like they put the router in the very front corner of the house. 2) The TV cable was loose and not working. Luckily, I brought an extra wire which made everything work. Other than these 2 complaints, it was an excellent stay and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury, pleasant, and relaxing getaway.

Summary: The property was very large for our three generations. The interior of the house was meticulously decorated and everything we needed was provided in terms of linens, kitchen utensils, etc. The Pool/outdoor bar/ hot tub backyard was huge and everyone enjoyed the privacy and spaciousness. Location was great as we were able to access all that the East end of Long Island had to offer. Additionally having access to the sound with use of kayaks and a paddleboard was an added benefit. There were some drawbacks such as the internet tended to be spotty (could not access near the pool), the Entertainment center ran through an xbox and required streaming services which limited the utility. The owner has an office in the basement of the home with a separate entrance and driveway but at times things were a bit noisy. Also the number of bathrooms was not correct in the listing as there are only two full and two half baths (one is outside by the pool) not six as listed. The ratings were one star lower for because we had people who were allergic to cats. The 4th bedroom is also off the pool without access to an interior bathroom unless you came outside and re-entered the house.The management team was responsive and thorough. Thanks
