Summary: This property was accurately described in the listing. It was located about 2 miles from downtown Rehoboth and the beaches. We drove our car to the beach and purchased a weekly parking pass to park on the side streets. Sheets & bath towels were supplied. The unit was nicely decorated throughout and had a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, silverware, coffee pot, toaster oven, etc. The washer/dryer worked well. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice surprise when we discovered in a bedroom closet, two heavy-duty beach umbrellas and four beach chairs! We used these every day and saved money by not having to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. The unit was clean overall but we had an issue with the kitchen countertops, other table/countertops & master bathroom shower. When we first arrived, we noticed and felt a film on most all surfaces that required us to wash down the countertops with soap/water before use. Also, we washed the top of the refrigerator for there was accumulated dust/dirt that was clearly not cleaned for a very long time. Also, the carpets are beginning to show their age with some light stains and use. Areas of improvement would be asking the cleaning crew to review the cleaning chemicals and rags they use so they do not leave the film we experienced. Also, ask the cleaning crew to ensure they dust once in a while! However, these issues were not a huge deal and we appreciated and enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: We would definitely stay at this property again. It had everything you need to feel right at home. It came with plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas as well. Close to beach and the balcony at this property overlooked the pool which was also a great feature.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the relaxing condos at Grande Canal. The condo has plenty of room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of four. The pool is beautiful and the beach is less than 2 miles away. We would definitely stay here again.
