Summary: Property is clean and in a great location. Right on the beach (a less busy area), far enough from the boardwalk area to be quiet, but close enough to hop on the bike for an easy ride down to the attractions. A very good layout for families, large covered beach side patio, plenty of bathrooms including a first floor for beach days, and pretty well stocked kitchen. The beds are quite firm with minimal padding but we got used to them. Thats about the only negative. Nick is right upstairs if you need something and nice enough to volunteer his favorite restaurants. Will return.

Summary: We loved this home for it's great location to the grocery store, playground, ice cream, bike rentals, and of course the BEACH! It was great for us because we wanted to be able to nap the kids and no have a hike back and forth from the beach. Everything was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful home.

Summary: Property is very well maintained with comfortable bedding and a wonderfully appointed kitchen with an abundance of dishes, cookware, appliances, etc. Restaurants, snacks and treats are all within walking distance. The view from the expansive deck is worth the price of admission. The owners, Nick and Linda, were very accomodating and obviously take pride in their home. We already booked for next year.

Summary: This beach home is the perfect spot for a family vacation. It has easy access to the beach which was ideal for our family with 5 children ages 5 and under. The cabana bathroom was very convenient for children and adults after a day at the beach. This 5 bedroom home was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. The home is beautifully furnished and very clean. Can’t wait to go back next year! Homeowners Nick and Linda were great!
