Positive: Was great location, spacious unit, clean and tidy. Anything we requested the staff were able to accommodate. Kids loved the pool.
Negative: Didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.

Positive: Lovely pools - peaceful - and great staff (so helpful)
Negative: NO LIFT. Noisy people in the pool after dark. Need more signage. DEFINATELY aging, needs a face lift. Will be better when the roads outside are fixed.

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular Nelson was great nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect close to beach, coffee shops and cafes. The Miami Marketta is a must. The heated lagoon pool was fantastic plenty of sun lounges and outdoor tables and chairs. Magnificent gardens and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus also. The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony. I would highly recommend Grande Florida 😍👍
Negative: Only a small thing but probably the norm for holiday accommodation, fitted bed sheets would make it more comfortable and less messy when trying to make bed. But all the rest was great.
