Positive: The place is exactly as described / pictured. A tall 2 bed house with a very spacious garden and parking space. For us 6 and a baby, we all had plenty of space and privacy. Our favourite space was the spacious living room and kitchen and also the fact that the house was always warm. The bedrooms have basic amenities but we didn't need much for our short stay. The house is conveniently located 7 min walk from the train station, and within 30min you are in Paris city centre. (For the RER trains that stop at the local St, please verify the status of the trains via either the local app or website, Google was useless! Google wiuld indicate a train was running when in fact there were works being carried out on the line). It was a very lovely and affordable stay in Paris and we just wish we had more time to enjoy the house. Thank you!
Negative: This is just a small suggestion. The bathroom could do with either a thicker curtain or maybe a privacy film could be applied on the bathroom window?

Positive: The location worked well for us. It was just a few minutes walking distance to the next train into Paris. We loved the parking on the premise behind a secure gate. The apartment was spacious for 5, the kitchen well equipped with coffee capsules and tea. We had everything we needed. The host was very kind and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Negative: Air conditioning would be the icing on the cake as it was very hot at the end of July. Everything else was great.

Positive: The apartment itself was very clean and in a lovely peaceful location. The host was very responsive and helped us check in a little bit earlier than anticipated which is always helpful!
Negative: There was no issues with the property itself all the essentials were there the only thing that could be an improvement but not necessary was a fan. But that’s just due to the hot weather when we stayed there and wasn’t an issue as there was a supermarket in walking distance where we bought one ourselves.
