Positive: This apartment is spread over three levels: one room is on the ground floor, two rooms on the second floor, and the fourth room is on the third floor, under the roof. The ground floor was a bit damp with stale air, but airing it out helped. The living room is small — we didn’t use it at all and always sat in the kitchen instead.
Negative: The terrace was unclean and full of debris during our stay, so we couldn’t use it.
Summary: Overall a nice apartment with everything you need

Positive: Very responsive host. Easy check-in and check-out. House very well maintained. All bedrooms are very nice. We slept well. There is a metro station close-by that goes directly to Châtelet. All in all, it is a very good value for money option for whoever wants to visit Paris!
Negative: Nothing, it was a good stay. It's worth noting that there currently is a lot of construction work going on in the neighbourhood but it was not an issue.

Positive: Bakery’s, Supermarket (auchan) was nearby. So Location was good. Check-in and check-out run smoothly and communication with the owner was fast and easy. There are two toilets with shower in each rest room, so no long queues in the morning ;)
Negative: On the First two days we couldn’t use the wifi.(explanation was because of a breakdown caused by construction works in the neighborhood) But on the third day they brought us thankfully a small router, so we were able to use wifi on the last day. No amenity like shampoo and conditioner, so bring just your own stuff with you. No laundry detergent powder and fabric softener. Toilet papers were not enough for many people.
Summary: Very friendly and helpful hosts, convenient accommodation, good value for money.
