Positive: Staff was top-notch; from the front desk to the concierge to the team at the spa and restaurants, we were so impressed with the service. A wonderful place to return after a day on the slopes. Room was well-appointed with all the necessities and then some...and that view! Loved the spa, the outdoor pool and sauna facilities, and breakfast. We absolutely recommend this place!

Positive: Great location, beautiful building, very helpful staff. Facilities v comfortable. Late checkout at no extra cost

Negative: Only thing was the fee for using the indoor pool seems a bit high for the time allowed

Positive: We came at the end of summer, not realising everything around was closed. But in saying that it would be a great spot in the winter, it was so close to the lift and the ski fields. Great view, good amenities, good breaky (though the breaky doesn’t look like the images, don’t be fooled!).

Negative: Again we stayed in the summer, and didn’t realise there wouldn’t be cool air conditioning so it was very hot in the room.
