Positive: We booked both apartments and we liked how cozy and stylish they were equipped. You are surrounded by lush nature. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a barbecue we could use. Everything on the inside was very new, clean and well organized. The communication with the owner was super helpful and friendly.

Negative: The two rooms upstairs are quite small (lower ceiling), which didn’t bother us for a long weekend but is good to know in case you plan to stay more longterm. The outside was a bit not so good in shape and you could tell the owner got surprised by the sudden summer temperatures. We didn’t have a parasol and the terrace and garden need a bit of love and attention.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Negative: I would have liked that we could regulate the temperature of the thermostat. It was set to stay on 21 degrees. For people coming from warmer places it would have been more pleasant to increase it to 24, as some nights we felt really cold before going to bed. Once inside the bed temperature was okay. I asked the host to help me but she suggested I didn’t know how to use it, that the mode was set wrong and that I should wait hours for the temperature to rise, which never happened and I have pictures of it. Another thing, location! It’s nice if you rent a car. If not, it’s an hour and a half bu bus and you’d better not miss it or you’ll have to wait 4 hours for the next one on weekends or 1 to 2 hours on weekdays. I didn’t like we were asked to unpack the bed, clean dishes and take the rubbish out. We did it but I don’t think it’s a must for the guest.

Positive: The location being in a quiet, beautiful setting in nature yet still able to walk to the town to restuarants and wineries and being next to the Alsace vineyard bike route was a bonus. Everything was high grade i.e. linens, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. Wonderful breakfast with all locally sourced products. Amazing to have a pool for us to enjoy after a day exploring the Alsace. The hosts had wonderful recommendations.

Summary: Perfectly tucked within walking to restuarants, wineries & bike trail in a beautiful setting.

Positive: We had an amazing time in the beautiful Grange ALMA, the houses are situated at the end of a quiet road surrounded by fields with horses. The rooms are beautifully made with premium materials and wood accents everywhere. The nice linens and comfortable beds made for a very relaxing stay. We will definitely try to come back in the summer to make use of the pool! Thanks for having us!
