The Grange and the Farmhouse have adjoining private terraces and BBQs overlooking the 12 x 6 metre pool, in-ground trampoline and valley that surrounds La Bastide.
The Grange is a large converted barn. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with double bed and bathroom adjacent. A second bedroom with King size bed with en-suite and two single beds in the upstairs bedroom. The double height main room has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The Grange sleeps 6 comfortably.
The Farmhouse has been fully renovated. The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, a master suite with super king-sized bed, day bed and luxury en-suite. The second bedroom has a king sized bed with a luxury en-suite shower room, there is also a large twin room and twin bunk with en-suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dining room adjacent and double doors leading onto the terrace. A snug with flat screen TV and games consoles as well as a family living room with Smart flat screen TV and DVD player. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably.
The Cottage has been tastefully renovated. It comprises one bedroom with hand-built 2mx2m bed, with walk-in wardrobe. A large living/dining room, with fully equipped kitchen. A smart flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. Outside is an enclosed garden area and private terrace with table and chairs and a BBQ that overlooks a flower meadow. The Cottage sleeps 2 comfortably

A safe play area for under 5s as well as a play tower for 5-12 year old's provides outdoor entertainment for children as well as the enclosed pool and in-ground trampoline.
Our three well equipped gîtes cater from couples to up to 20 guests. Rented individually or all three for large family gatherings. Built in 1610 the Farmhouse and the Grange provide modern luxury in an original rustic setting. The Cottage is a perfect escape for couples.
La Bastide stands in 4.5 hectares of meadows and maquis in a peaceful wooded valley 10 minutes from the medieval village of Lautrec. Albi the capital of Tarn is 35 minutes away. The Tarn is an unspoiled area of Southern France and very convenient for holiday-makers using the low cost airlines flying to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Rodez.
