Positive: We liked the Breakfast Buffet, great choice and selection of cereals and meats etc, something for everyone, the hotel was very nice, beautiful location, Lots of activity in and around the hotel, and we liked the evening cinema.
Negative: We were disappointed in the A la Carte restaurant, the main course of both our meals was more cold the hot, I think the meals had been sitting out on a counter waiting to be delivered to out table, and the service was slow, we arrived at 8.15pm and left at 10.40pm, we only had one starter and two main courses, Very disappointing.
Summary: Excellent short stay, beautiful hotel, lovely location, but you need a car.

Positive: Hotel is located in a very small desolate village. The view from the room is breathtaking. When we arrived we were greeted by a young man in the reception that I got the feeling that all he wanted is for his shift to end. No explanation about anything as to where you have breakfast, what are the hotels facilities etc. he pointed out to the QR code on the room cards hold. The rooms are clean, adequate with decoration that befits an airport hotel for one night business trip and not for a hotel that is geared to families and couples. Breakfast is run of the mill breakfast that you would find in every average hotels throughout. The hotel does not have an outdoor pool which is a very big minus as families with kids constitute a large percentage of the guest. Unfortunately, you have to wait very long for the reception to answer any phone calls, and there is no way to contact the hotel personnel in case of emergency. No hand towels in the bathroom and on our third day the housekeeping ran out of towels and we received only two bath towels. I had to look for housekeeping in order to get additional towels. The hotel is NOT a 4 stars hotel in any known European scale. 3 stars at best and this is generous. We were lucky that they did not charge us for parking.

Positive: The place was so refreshing, clean and the stuff was soo respectful. The breakfast was good too.
Negative: It was my sisters birthday and I inquired if the place could do a little something just to surprise her. They said they would see what they could do. I had asked for this last minute so I understood them.when we checked in l asked if they managed to do anything and the reception confirmed yes they managed to do something to our room so l got excited.when I got in the room nothing was done and I was a little disappointed since they had confirmed that they had done something. I went back to the reception to ask and they said oh sorry we didn’t get Time to do anything since it was last minute but we put a birthday card. I told them I didn’t see any birthday card in the room and they said they would confirm with house keeping and make sure l get it but that didn’t happen till l left the resort. I understand l asked for this last minute and I take fault for that,however I wish they would have been honest with me and not confirm to me that they had done something yet they hadn’t because it made me excited then got disappointed when I did not see anything. Otherwise I really enjoyed the place and will highly recommend it to everyone.
