Positive: Proximity to beach and town centre. Very spacious apartment, and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Chris was a brilliant host.
Negative: Cleanliness could be improved, and some items in the living room were not required (all the lamps, rugs), decor could be refreshed.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grantham house, it was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely return here.

Positive: A truly beautiful Victorian house. Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. He even offered to have our clothes laundered during our two-week stay, which we really appreciated. The garden is beautiful, and the shops and public transport are a five-minute walk away. As we had booked both bedrooms, we had exclusive use of the bathroom, which effectively made it our private bathroom.

Positive: Grantham House is in an excellent location for all the facilities and the beach in Ryde. Chris was welcoming, friendly and discreet. Large and comfy rooms. Not en-suite but a huge bathroom with a bath and great shower. Would happily recommend

Positive: The property was lovely, and Chris was an amazing host. The shared bathroom facilities were well equipped, and the overall cleanliness of the property was great. The property was close to the local buses, which gave us access to the island and super close to the pier to get the ferry back to the mainland. Would highly recommend.
Negative: There wasn't anything about the property that we didn't like.
