Summary: I haven’t been real impressed with some of the Vrbo homes but this was a real gem! Nice, clean and well stocked. Very helpful owner, easy to talk to. As a group of older couples, a main floor bathroom would have worked better, but all in all, very satisfied. Would recommend highly!

Summary: We were two families, with a total of 7 people, 4 adults and three younger teens. This home was perfect to allow everyone to have personal space with the five beds. The main floor was perfect for hanging out, meals, and playing games. The neighborhood was good. The surrounding homes were well kept and quiet. It is about a 20 minute walk to the closest Metro station and/or Union Market. This area of DC is in the process of urban renewal and has a cool vibe. The hosts were responsive and the listing is accurate for the property.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at the Grey House on our DC trip. The house is in great shape - we had plenty of room to spread out and relax in. Parking is on the street and we were always able to find a spot. Be prepared to parallel park - my skills improved as the week went on. Most days we took the 20 minute walk to the closest Metro station to take the train down to the Mall. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Summary: My family of 11 stayed there and it was excellent! We were always able to grab a parking spot out front, the house had 3 floors, bathroom on 1st and 3rd. We all were able to have hot showers, a place at the table and we enjoyed a lot of laughs! Highly recommend!

Summary: Very nice place in DC, accommodated our large family nicely with everyone having their own space along with nice common areas and fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to Union market and H-street night life, both which were awesome. Parking on the street was never a problem. Loved taking a short drive to the tourist spots -- early morning walks on the mall, late night tour of the monuments. This place is good for those that like to stay in the city rather than the suburbs.

Summary: It was a wonderful place to stay with a large group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a great location - close to local attractions. Anna was always quick to reply to any communication.
