Summary: This property was very close to everything worth seeing and provided almost everything we needed. I loved the location and did not mind walking down and up Steep Hill each day. However, the studio was not very clean. Both rugs looked as though they had not been vacuumed in some time, and we avoided walking on them as much as possible. There was also someone else’s dirty laundry left in the washer when we arrived. The kettle was filled with what looked like mold, though it turned out to be limescale or rust. When I reached for a pot to boil water instead, the pot was dirty and had old food stuck to it. There were also several large dust bunnies behind the doors and in the corners. While I loved the location, the size of the studio, and the amenities, we felt uncomfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. If the studio had been properly cleaned, I'd give it a perfect score.
