Positive: The apartment is generously big, nice furnitures and good equipped kitchen. The staff is really nice and the apartment is really close to the main train station.
Negative: Please install a microwave. An apartment has to have one. The big problem with the apartment is the lack of air conditioning. We had arrived at the end of a heat wave and although the outside temperature was ok after the rain, the building was like an oven, it radiated the rest of the heat inside and unless you have open windows, you'll be cooked inside. Opening the windows however, lets the noise of a 3x2 lane main road in and again, you can't sleep. I know it's not exactly the fault of the property manager but still, if you cannot sleep because it's either 30°C or the noise, it is a problem.

Positive: We travelled for a family vacation (6 perons+1 baby) to Graz. The location of the apartment is great, only 5 minutes walk from the green zone parking (cheeper parking with no time-limit). The rooms are spacious, the kitcen and the living room are modern, clean and give possibility for being together. The whole apartment is newly renovated and equipped.
Negative: If I must tell something I would say only one thing: as the house is on one of the main roads of Graz, the apartment is quite noisy by open windows.
