Welcome to KC Homes Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, This modern A frame with its picturesque location is the perfect getaway for family and friends looking for a serene escape from the city. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods and the soothing sounds of nature.
Located 15-30 minutes away from local Ski resorts, state parks, casinos, Pocono Raceway, and a Kalahari indoor waterpark. This prime location is perfect for guests looking for adventure and relax.
Location is perfect for the traveling looking for a comfortable place to rest and relax.
SLEEPING: The cabin has three cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has dressers and closets to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. There are:
Three queen-sized beds
One queen sleeper sofa.
One Sofa Bed (Two full Mattress).
One bathroom.
INTERIOR: the amenities we have to offer including
-Bath necessities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and a hair-dryer.
-Fast WiFi
-Netflix
-Heat split units plus ceiling fans in each bedroom
-Plush bath, hand, and face towels including, Towels for inside use only.
KITCHEN:
equipped with: toaster, regular coffee maker, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, paper towel, tea pot, and various sizes of pots & pans
-Salt, pepper, tea, sugar, dish and hand soap
-Laundry room with washer, dryer.
OUTSIDE:
After taking in the stunning views of Private yard where you can soak up the sun or hang out by the fire pit.
-Firewood is not provided.

Guest access

-Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard.
There is ample parking in the driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.

-POCONOS is surrounded by water and vegetation.
BUGS are smaller than door/window mesh. One of the BEST defense is to not leave doors/windows open and invite insects into the air-conditioned interior otherwise they WILL enter.
SECURITY CAMERA
-We have cameras outside.
-There are no cameras inside the house or in any private areas because that is creepy.

Summary: The house was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Dirty dishes in the cabinet had food on them, dirty floors, baseboards, dirty towels and toilet. I had to clean the property prior to our family dinner. Missing many necessities even when states it has available. My cousin fell as the top step broke and when the owner was told he had no response but send pictures. Never ask if he was ok. It could be a nice place if cleaned up and repairs made. But will not return not happy that owners lack of any remorse for the nightmare of a visit.
