4 Bedroom House in Ocean Beach

This house is located on Fire Island. A short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the town of Ocean Beach, this spacious four (4) bedroom, family friendly house can comfortably sleep 8 adults 2 children. (NOTE: house is not suited for more than 8 adults) and offers an open floor plan, with two full bathrooms , a lovely outdoor shower and an 8 x14 Saltwater Pool. .
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 sizable master bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom upstairs has tons of windows and a sliding glass door that opens up to its own balcony. It will beckon you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or bask in the morning or afternoon sun.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living room area with a peninsula that seats 4, and a large farm table that seats an additional 8. There is a 55' inch flat screen TV and a wonderful fire place and air conditioning.
Outside offers a nice sized deck with plenty of seating and BBQ, a outdoor shower and an 8x14 saltwater pool.
We supply beach chairs. House is equipped with all of the necessities.
Pets are considered for an additional fee.
Check in is after 4:00 PM check out is 10:30 AM.

Summary: The pictures don’t even do it justice. What a great well maintained summer house. The backyard deck and pool was great for hosting a summer BBQ. We had family and friends come for a day each and it’s a 5 minute walk to the ferry and 5 houses away from the strip of restaurants. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. The house was stocked with all the beach essentials and even bikes to borrow. Dont skip out on this rental.

Summary: We stayed with our friends and family for memorial day weekend and had a wonderful experience. House was as described and did not disappoint. Great location for walking into the village and the beach. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Would rent again for sure.

Summary: This comfortable and cozy house is steps from town and an easy walk to the beach. Enough beds for the whole crew! New washer/dryer and downstairs bathroom. Loved the open layout in kitchen/great room. Kitchen cabinets a bit dated but everything worked fine. We preferred the outdoor shower to the indoor ones because of lack of door/curtains. Deck was lovely! Linda was extremely responsive to the minor issues that came up. We had a great time!

Summary: We had a great experience at this lovely home. Having never rent on Fire Island before we really weren’t sure about locations and accommodations. This house was a home run on both. Short walk to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Linda was so accommodating and answered our text so quickly. Some family came out for the day and now we want to make it an annual event! Thanks for everything!!

Summary: Large spacious dining room and living room made it easy for family to be together. Outdoor patio with BBQ and outdoor shower (with hot water) was awesome! Close to the bay and night life, short walk to the beach. We loved this house!

Summary: Adorable house - pictures are accurate. Only a few minutes walk to main area of Ocean Beach with restaurants, bars, and shops but is quiet and feels private with tall sea grass hedges. Less than 10 min walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and bath towels for everyone. Umbrella and bikes also available. Hosts were responsive and nice.

Summary: Chris/Linda's home is incredible. Clean, well-located, and perfectly organized for a FI home. There were 5 adults and a 10-month old in the home and there was more than enough room. Summary: House is awesome! Great open layout and stocked with plenty dishes, pots, pans, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The house is in a perfect location. Chris and Linda are super nice, easily reached and very responsive. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Summary: Everything was easy and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. We had lovely BBQs out on the deck, rode the bikes all over the place, enjoyed the beach chairs, which there are enough of for lots of people. We were only three but I can definitely see coming back with a group someday!
