Summary: This is the 5th time that we have stayed at this location and have not been disappointed. The rental is as advertised in a great location in the middle of the outdoors. The wifi is an added bonus for somebody, like me, who has spent over 35 years going to Potter County and staying in a cabin with no amenities.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very accommodating if you take your pets. A bald eagle lives across the road and the stars at night are amazing. We would definitely rent this place again.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property! The close proximity to the stream for fishing was a big plus for us. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

Summary: If you are into wildlife, look no further than this house. There were elk grazing mid evening on the front lawn on two nights of our stay. We saw bats, snakes, owls, an eagle, hawks and some pretty nice bear tracks at the creek, too. The property is exactly as described. Neat, clean and orderly with quite a few safety mechanisms not found in other rentals. There were some heavy thunderstorms in the area during our stay, with a power outage. We were pleasantly surprised to hear the generator kick on (we had no idea there was a generator onsite) and we had power the rest of the evening. The wifi is spotty (definitely no zoom meetings), but we found it sufficient to keep in touch. The TV works perfectly, a/c was good and the kitchen well stocked. The creek is tough to access ( not the owner's fault), and I don't think I'd spend much time swimming there anyway due to the obvious bear activity. However, the property is minutes away from a beautiful state park where you can hike, fish and swim. The deck is wonderful to sit and take in the view...and had there been clear night skies, I suspect this property would allow for some great stargazing.

Summary: The house is lovely, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Direct TV. Large yard, and our family especially loves our times around the firepit. You can hear the babbling of the creek, listen to the crackling of the fire, and the night sky is amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This was a definite winner for our family!

Summary: A group of us go riding every year in sproul state forest…. It’s become a large group and room where we usually stay has become sparse, we decided to take a chance at renting this house and it was the best decision! It’s in a very tranquil setting with amazing star gazing, we were able to get a great nights sleep after being on the trails all day! The house it’s self is very clean and well maintained and has everything you could possibly need! Just pack your cloths and enjoy an amazing weekend!!!!

Summary: This was a great location to see wildlife and to get away from it all. We had several elk in the front of the house to view at times which was great. It was not far from Cherry Springs to stargaze and about a little over an hour away from PA Grand Canyon. The location is also 30 minutes from horseback riding at Summit Trails. We had a great time.
